We have been blessed to have such places in India which offer amazing view of nature and mountains, it's a treat to be with them for sometime. Our life in cities and regular work becomes so repetitive that we need a refreshment in terms of time and what could be better than being in the Himalaya in the lap of nature.
While trekking, you walk into different terrains and lands. Your body is tested and challenged in a beautiful way. Terrain can be up-hill or plane or down slope or by a river, its amazing to find so much verities while trekking which helps body becomes fitter.
While trekking, you come across challenges that you never knew before and with determination to overcome them and also to reach to the destination gives you immense joy and positivity that you can preserve for a life-time. You become mentally strong and positive.
When we try and understand how life is in mountains, we find that we care more about the things we have because in mountains things are limited and almost everything requires tremendous effort, all these help us understand the value of life better.
